Product availability
The product availability listed for each product is an estimate of the time it will take us to get the item after
you have placed an order. This estimate does not include the time it will take for the product to be delivered
to you after it leaves our warehouses.

List of product availability terms
Here are the various product availabilities you may come across, and what they mean:
- In Stock - Usually ships next business day. This is an estimate only. This
means we will ship the product once we are sure that stock is available and we have processed your order.
- On Order: Usually ships in 1-2 weeks - This product is currently not stocked in
our warehouse. We expect new stock to arrive in our warehouse within 1 to 2 weeks. The product will be shipped
as soon as the order is processed and inventory is replenished.
- Out of Stock:
Will ship when available - This product is currently out of stock in
our warehouse. We are unable to obtain a precise date of availability
from the manufacturer; however, we are trying our best to confirm
availability dates. The product will be shipped as soon as the order is
processed and inventory is replenished.
- Pre-Orders: This product is scheduled to arrive in our warehouse on the
Release Date - We make every effort to show the accurate date provided by our suppliers. However, in some
situations, the date may change and this page will be updated.
**Please Note** Availability displayed on our product pages may change after you have completed the checkout process,
as it is during this time that our system obtains updated inventory levels for the product(s) you have selected. Availability
displayed on our web site is only an estimate, and is subject to change.

General shipping times
When you receive your order depends on the availability of the
product(s), the shipping method you choose, and where the product is
being shipped. Please note that packages are not shipped on Saturdays
or Sundays.

Shipping cost estimates
We calculate shipping charges by product type. To receive an instant
estimate of your shipping cost, simply add the products you want into
your shopping cart, and enter your postal code in the required field during checkout.

Delivery time
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our
inventory. We may split your order into more than one shipment,
depending on the estimated time of arrival of each product. It is
possible for your order to be delayed due to products arriving in our
warehouse on different dates. If you place orders of this kind, you
will not be charged for the extra delivery, although you may notice
that your shipping charges are split over the various invoices. If you
need to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that you
place it in a separate order to avoid extra delay. Please allow us one
additional business day to process your order. Rest assured that we
will not charge your credit card until we have shipped your product.
Couriers usually deliver between 8am and 5 pm local time. If you are
not home when we deliver your package, we will leave you a delivery
notification card. Please see delivery notification information for
additional details and pick up location. For your own security, please
bring proper photo identification with you when you pick up your order.

Delivery areas
For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in the world. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural
route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or 911
number with your order.

Methods of delivery
To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. We will tell you
which courier company is handling your delivery when we send you your shipping confirmation email. Please note that when
the delivery team brings a package to your home, they need a signature in order to finalize the delivery. This means that the
package must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery address.
If you are unavailable when the courier makes a delivery, you will get a notice telling you the address of the distribution
centre where you can pick up your package. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification with you when
you pick up your package.

Oversized items
Due to Canada Post weight restrictions, any item that is greater than 30kg/66lb will be delivered via FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT etc. Couriers.

Tracking your order
For your peace of mind, you can check the status of your order by
clicking on the My Account link at the top right of our shopping homepage, and logging
into the system using your account information. If we have shipped your
order, you can find a tracking number in the shipment email we have
sent you or by Clicking on My Orders tab at the top of our home page.
You can trace your package with Canada Post by visiting Canada Post web site at www.canadapost.ca
or calling 1-888 550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00
p.m. local time. Packages shipped with Purolator, FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT can be tracked from
their respective website.
